The Cinema Buying Group (CBG) is a buying program for independent theater owners and operators. CBG is a separate program within NATO, and subject only to such NATO oversight as trade association law and fiduciary duties dictate. NATO’s Political Action Committee (NATOPAC) greatly enhances the association’s efforts to ensure its voice is heard by key lawmakers. NATOPAC’s purpose is to work within the federal election process to further the goals of the exhibition industry through direct involvement in supporting and/or opposing candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.
